Wet thoroughly the Scalp & hair, take Shampoo as per your hairs length on the palm of one hand and then dividing it into the palm of the other hand (simply rub hands together), gently distribute the shampoo over your hair as evenly as possible, massage for one minute Rinse the hair with generous quantities of water. Rinse your hair again with generous quantities of water.
