Efficacy of hemamlis

To me, it was a wonder medicine few years ago as this was the only medicine which did a miraculous healing of my piles and fissure problem when all other allopathic medicines failed to help in that regard. And since then I recommended the homeopathic medicine particularly this hemamlis ointment to several people who also found it a wonder drug like I had. But from last few years unfortunately it's efficacy seems to have been compromised as it's not so much effective now as it used to.
So my humble request to the lords laboratory would be to restore it's previous composition and hence it's glory and efficacy.
