How it works?
- Yashtimadhu, Talispatra act by changing the chemical structure of mucus. So, the mucus becomes thin and can be easily brought out. They also form a coating on the inflamed mucosa and help to soothe the inflammation and irritation in the throat
- Vasaka, Bharangi Kantakari make the mucus thin and less viscous. So, it can be quickly expelled out. They are also known to be potent bronchodilators that broaden the passages of the airway
- Soonth, Yashtimadhu Pippaliare known to be antihistaminic and antitussive. An antihistaminic stops the release of histamine, so that there is decrease production of secretion from airways. Antitussives suppress the cough reflex. Both of these are helpful in dry, unproductive cough
- Kantakari, Lavang helps to remove excess mucous from the chest and aids in free breathing
- Yashtimadhu, Soonth has proven immunomodulatory of the patients
Direction for use
For adults: 10-15ml of the Bronkasav liquid should be diluted with equal amount of water. It can be taken 2-3 times a day for 3months as advised by the physician.
For children: 5ml of the Bronkasav liquid should be diluted with equal amount of water. It can be taken 2-3 times a day for 3months or as advised by the physician.
